Working at AXIAN Telecom means evolving in an environment that allows each employee to work collaboratively on bold and innovative projects. For me, "Let's Grow Together" is akin to a family. For children to grow together, they must help each other, combine their talents, skills and strengths to individually achieve their goals. It is also the constant search for equity to ensure good conditions for collaboration.
If you stop evolving, it doesn’t mean the world will too. Colleagues, competitors, methods of doing your job will evolve, but without you. Growing emotionally is for me an essential skill to acquire in order not to be overwhelmed, it is the key to success; I am not in competition with anyone, I just try to be better than yesterday, that is my vision of "Let's Grow Together".
For me, "Let Grow Together" is a state of mind carried by all our daily actions within the group. It is also reflected in the strong ambition to guide all our precious people to continuous professional and personal development.
